THE BEST AND EASIEST SMOOTHIE

Hi everyone, today I thought I'd show you a super easy and tasty smoothie recipe. If you should call it a recipe, it only contains fruit and yoghurt. Anyway I love this smoothie as its super easy and quick to make and tastes delicious. Im not a fan of really fruity smoothies, which sounds ridiculous I know, which is why I like this smoothie as its super simple and doesn't contain too many ingredients. However, you can add as many or as few as you'd like.

Ingredients
  • Fruit of your choice (I went with a handful of strawberries and one whole banana) I like to add in raspberries as well but I didn't have any left.
  • Any plain or flavoured yoghurt. (I used Onken vanilla yoghurt, I personally love this one as its fat free and fairly healthy) You can use any of your choice! You can put as much yoghurt in as you would prefer -I tend to use around 6 table spoons!
Method
  • Chop up your fruit into small enough sections so they will be blended properly.
  • Add fruit and yogurt into blender
  • Blend, blend, blend

That is literally all you have to do and takes me around 5 minuets. Its so quick and easy, I always take a smoothie to school with me as they are actually quite filling! This is my first recipe post so I do apologise for my photography, but I do want to include more lifestyle/cooking posts. You can change this recipe up if you wish and add fruit juice instead of the yoghurt, but I personally prefer the thicker texture.

Thank you for reading my blog, be sure to follow on bloglovin! Whats your favourite smoothie recipe?
