SKINCARE ON TRIAL

Hi loves, hope your all well and had a lovely weekend! The weather has been amazing in the UK, recently we supposedly had the hottest day of the year. However all that hot weather caused thunder and lightening storms -which were so pretty to look at, yet again quite scary!
My skin at the moment is horrible! I don't know if its because of the hot weather and the sweat (lovely) but I've been breaking out like crazy! I've brought a couple of new products which I'm hoping will help calm my skin down!

I firstly purchased the REN clearcalm3 clay cleanser which is made for oily and blemish prone skin. I brought this after a recommendation to try out REN as they are a brand that is fairly natural and good for your skin. As an initial thought, I think this has broke me out a bit, however it is a clay cleanser so I'm hoping it is drawing all my impurities out before clearing them. The scent is pretty weird and defiantly smells like a natural brand would- i think it smells quite herby?

I then purchased a new face mask from Lush. I've previously tried the cosmetic warrior mask, however i wasn't fond of the scent, so i decided to try out the mask of magnanimity as my friend absolutely loves it! Initially, this looks quite nice and smells like mint ice cream, yum!

I'm hoping these products will perform some wonders on my skin and clear it up before I go away on holiday. I will do a full product review on both of these once I've tried and tested them out! -I'm going to try out the mask tonight!

Thank you for reading my blog, be sure to follow on bloglovin. Have you tried these products out, what are your thoughts?

  1. I need to try a LUSH face mask, there's such hype about them but I just think that they're not too cost effective! xx
