MY FAVOURITE TROUSERS!

Hi everyone, hope your all well! I'm so sorry for the lack of posts at the moment. I have no excuse other than school starting again and taking up all of my time! However, I do want to attempt to stay on top of blogging consistently as its one of my favourite things do to! Can you believe that I came back from my holiday over a month ago and I'm only just getting round to posting this outfit post?! 

Anyway, if you've been following my blog for a while you'll know I brought these trousers last year and also featured them in a holiday outfit post. However, I couldn't resist not giving them another mention this year as they are my absolute favourite trousers ever. Its a shame I only ever wear them on holiday, I need to get more use out of them!

This outfit is pretty much the same as last year. However, I changed up my lace bralet for this knitted halter-neck one instead. Its so comfortable and is really flattering. I paired the trousers with the black flip flops which kept this look really simple.

BLACK MIDI

Hi everyone, hope you're all well! I can't believe I only have a few days of my holiday left and then I start school again next week - It's gone way to quickly! I'm not going to lie my holiday outfit series hasn't been very successful, either I've forgotten to take pictures of my outfits or the photos taken haven't been very good. This being said I'm still going to try and take some photos these last few days of my holiday and see what I can do and if I can salvage any of the others. 

I recently brought this black midi dress which I am wearing from H&M. I haven't really been keen on body con dresses because I personally find them really unflattering on myself, either being way to tight for my liking or too long. However this midi seemed to fit perfectly. Because this style of the dress is a midi length I couldn't really go wrong with it being too long. The material is a t-shirt cotton type of material, therefore, is really comfortable and flattering.

I chose to pair this dress with some plain black flip flops, keeping the outfit super comfy and casual. However, this could also easily be styled more dressy and put together by adding some heels. It's so versatile and I know I will get a lot of wear out of this dress when I get back home!

NEW IN: RAYBAN ROUND SUNGLASSES

Hi everyone, hope you're all well and enjoying the summer holidays! Every year I'm lucky enough to go on a sunny holiday abroad, but I've never actually had a decent pair of sunglasses. I normally opt for some cheaper ones from Primark or Topshop - Which are generally pretty good and get the job done. However, this year since I've started working I thought I would actually by myself a pair of Raybans. I've been wanting some forever, but never knew what ones I would like and if they would suit me.

I went into a shop in my local shopping centre and tried on a few pairs in different colours and styles. I knew I liked the 'round' shaped/style but I didn't know what colour to get. (Who knew choosing sunglasses could be suck a difficult task?) In the end I opted for the original green/gold round sunglasses, which I adore!

Can we just talk about the beautiful leather packaging/case they come in, so pretty! Its really sturdy and safe which means I don't have to worry about them breaking in my handbag which is a constant mess. The only thing with buying one pair of these sunglasses is that I want to buy almost every colour, I'm obsessed with the copper pair! They look lovely on and are a lot more flattering on a lot of different types of face shapes which I didn't expect. -Now enjoy a very posy picture of me, in which my eyes are closed and you can hardly see the sunglasses. Overall, I love these sunglasses and I know I'm going to get so much wear out of them whilst on my holiday. Ive seen so many people and celebrities wearing this style of sunglasses recently, pretty sure Gigi Hadid posted a picture of her wearing them at some point, and if they're good enough for her, they're certainly good enough for me!

CURRENT WISHLIST

Hi everyone, hope your all well. Sorry for the lack of posts recently I've been really busy with a lot of school work and revision. Exams are coming around a lot quicker than I would like! Since getting a job at the end of last year I have really been able to treat myself every now and again and my list of things i'd like to purchase just gets bigger and bigger! -Heres what I'm currently lusting over!

As you can probably see I have a few gym items on my wish list, i've recently been going to the gym a lot more and I now feel the need to purchase some new clothes and trainers. I'm defiantly one of those people that likes to have nice gym clothes on whilst I work out. (I know I'm not the only one, right?) I'm also after a pair of Birkenstocks this year I brought a cheap pair last year and loved them to pieces so i'm defiantly going to get some for summer and my holiday abroad. Makeup wise I'm lusting over Charlotte Tilbury. Her makeup and packaging just looks beautiful!

OOTD: TSHIRT DRESS

Hi everyone hope your well. Todays post is my OOTD featuring the very popular T-shirt style dress. Mine is from H&M and my Mum brought it for me because she thought i could wear it to lounge in. However, after trying it on i really like it for day time as its actually  quite long. I paired this dress with the docs which i can actually start to wear now its getting cold!

Once again my OOTD taking skills aren't that great! I do promise i'll try and improve! I would also pair this with a big scarf, either, the one on my bed or a tartan one. If you know me you'll know I'm a scarf gal.

HOLIDAY OUTFIT NO.5

Hi everyone, hope your well. Today I have my last holiday outfit that i plan to upload. I went away for 2 weeks however didn't take pictures of my outfit every night. This is the dress i wore one night when we went out for my dads birthday. I spotted one of the sales assistants wearing it in topshop and had to buy it as it looked beautiful!

I absoloutley love this dress and the crochet style. The dress is a bit see through so i did wear white bandeu and underwear underneath. I also paired this dress with my elephant chocker which i love to pieces.

We then went further into town if you want to call it, called the safari centre which is so pretty. The fountains and fairy lights looked beautiful in the evenings when it gets dark. They have so many different shops. I found a pull&bear and Bershka which made me very excited, I ran into them shops like a little kid on christmas morning.

HOLIDAY OUTFIT NO.4: GENIE PANTS

Hi loves, hope your well! Another outfit post today. I do promise I'll have some beauty posts coming soon as i'm back home now! I had an amazing holiday, was so lovely to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I have to say that this was my favourite outfit of the holiday. I love both the crop top and trousers. -I felt like a genie! The trousers were so comfortable and suited for the hot weather in the evenings.

HOLIDAY OUTFIT NO.3 & FOTN

Hi everyone, hope your all well. Less than a week left on my holiday now *cries* Its going so fast.  However, I can't wait to see all my girlies! Once again I forgot to take outfit pictures last night. However my vain self took a large amount of selfies which i shall include. Therefore I apologise in advance for the rubbish quality of these photos!

For my makeup, I actually kept it so simple! I wore collection lasting perfection concealer to cover up any blemishes and imperfections, before dusting over Rimmel stay matte powder to help with my oily skin. I used some brow powder to fill in my brows and then used Maybeline Rocket waterproof on my lashes. Tonight I decided to put on a bit of lippy, which if you know me, only happens so often as i'm not the biggest fan of lipstick. I know shock horror! I used my fave lippy MAC Russian Red as I think it goes fab with a tan.

For my outfit, I don't have a proper shot, however I wore my favourite Topshop smock dress, which i have featured in posts here and here. I thought i'd also include this cute family selfie below.

WEEKEND WISHLIST

Hi loves, hope your all enjoying the sunshine! I've got to start my sixth form work soon, i keep putting it off. I've got to read Anne Frank diary/book for English literature and I'm really excited as I've heard its an amazing book! On another note its less than a month until I go on holiday-which I'm so excited for! Here are a few things I'm lusting over at the moment!

I've been really undecided about Birkenstocks, however recently I have started to take a liking towards them, I think there really unique and will look lovely on holiday! I've been lusting over the Zoeva rose golden set for what seems like forever, I'm going to have to pursuade my mother. The Topshop pineapple beach shorts are like heaven for me! However when i try them on, I always end up putting them back. -Think I'm just going to have to buy them! 

I know what your thinking a scarf? However I saw this on the Topshop website (-yes they have winter clothes online already) and I really like it!

OOTD: MOM JEANS

Hi everyone, hope your all well. Ahhh I have my prom tomorrow, how crazy? I'm hoping the weather cheers up a bit as its rainy today. I haven't done an OOTD in ages, shocker? I completely suck at taking outfit pictures, hence why there is only one. I will get better!

I gave into the hype of the topshop 'mom jeans' and brought a pair. I went into Topshop to try some on for the sake of it, as i thought they'd look so stupid on me. But surprisingly, they actually fit really lovely and aren't too long. I was afraid they'd drown me, but they don't! I love that they are high waisted, they look so lovely with summery and fitted crop tops.

CASUAL STRIPES

I recently purchased this smock dress from Topshop for my friends 16th birthday meal, and ever since its been one of my staple pieces for spring/summer. I love how you can dress this outfit up -I wore this with some black heels and statement jewelry pieces and it looked really lovely. However it can also be worn really casually like i'm wearing it now. The dress actually looks a lot shorter in the pictures, than it is in real life, and the fit is lovely. The dress is oversized, however mine is a size 6 as my usual size 8 drowned me.

I've really been loving the stripe print recently, i cant seem to get enough of it, from dresses to tops, which i'm sure you'll witness in future outfit posts. (p.s I'm hoping i'll find a better background for my outfit photo's eventually)

BLACK AND WHITE

Whats this you see? An OOTD *shock* Since starting my blog, i believe I've only done one outfit post,  *Voice of Rosie from Angus thongs and perfect snogging* "now that is just shocking" However from now on i'm going to try and commit myself to posting more outfit posts! I don't have a tripod or anyone to take pictures so its literally camera on timer and hope for the best, so excuse the awkward stance and lack of photo's, i will get better!

I recently picked up this baseball style top from Primark which i think was only around £4! I'd been looking for some for a while and this is perfect. I'm still after the 'make out' baseball tee from ASOS though! I also wore my JUJU jellies sandals for the first time and i love them, i actually own two pairs now.

APRIL WISHLIST

Its finally half term here in the UK, yay. I'm so happy that I have a break from school, however revision is driving me crazy, hopefully it'll all be worth it in the end though! In the mean time here's my April Wishlist.

Recently I've seen so many cute things i'd like to get for summer as its actually starting to get hot here in the UK *cheers* I've seen these topshop tika2 slide on shoes around so much and actually nearly bought some at the weekend -I'm defiantly going to have to go back and buy them! I've also finally given in to the topshop 'MOM' jeans hype and ordered a pair online. I originally bought some with the cuts in the leg, but I don't think i could rock them so ive ordered ones without. How cute is the bambi nightshirt from topshop!? H&M have also released some really cute pieces for summer, including the white lace dress which i'm defiantly going to buy when it comes back in stock!
