CLINIQUE CLEANSING BALM

If you follow my twitter, you'll know I've been after the 'Clinique cleansing balm' for ages now. Whenever i went to town to buy it, it was always sold out. And I mean everywhere. However I was lucky enough to recieve it for my birthday. God knows where my mum managed to find it. However when i opened it i literally screamed with excitement. I've heard so many good things about this product, which only made me want to try it out even more (if thats possible).

I hadn't tried any cleansing balms before this one, besides the 'Liz Earle Cleanse and polish' which i wouldn't particularly call a balm. This one defiantly tops the cleanse and polish.
Like you could probably guess this is a balm, which you apply onto dry skin. I love this as i can actually see my makeup dissolving off of my face when i rub the product into my skin. I then use a damp cloth to remove the product. This even takes off my waterproof mascara, which is something i always struggle with. It doesn't leave my skin feeling irritated or look red. -It makes my skin feel super soft and, well, clean! It isn't the cheapest costing £21 but you defiantly get your money's worth as the jar is fairly big, containing 125ml of product. I defiantly recommend this product if you haven't tried it out already! Its my current fave!

Thankyou for reading my blog, be sure to follow on bloglovin, i'm so close to 200 followers!. What do you think of the Clinique cleansing balm?

  2. Tanya Burr recomends this, and her skin is flawless! I love cleansing balms too, I like my skin looking kind of dewey and glowy so I think balms are the best way to get that effect imo! xx

  4. I used to be a really big fan of clinique products but after trying out Dermalogica, I've found that actually works a lot better for my skin.. Clinique seemed to dry it out and cause break outs a lot more.. apparently this can be because they use a lot of alcohol in products.. guess it's all just how you react to it really, isn't it?

  7. I've not been brave enough to delve into the realm of beauty balms yet but this one sounds absolutely fantastic. Clinique know their stuff when it comes to dry skin types!

  11. ah that's a shame. I'm actually not sure to whether this product is breaking me out at the moment, will have to wait a bit longer as it could be due to a new skincare product. I tried out Dermalogica a while ago, i'll have to try out some more of their products! :)
