CURRENT FAVES

I don't tend to do monthly favorites that much, so i thought i would show you what ive being loving lately. -Sorry about how dark some of the pictures are, i blame it on the crappy weather we've been having in the UK. I literally took these in front of my living room window, but there still really dark -I think i need to get to practice on some editing sites, any recommendations? Anyway onto my favorites! -I've done full reviews on every product i believe so be sure to click the links for more information.

Real Techniques duo fiber face brush: I've really been loving this at the moment and i'm literally using it for pretty much everything. I love applying my bronzer with this brush as it picks up a really great amount of product and applies it lightly. I did a review on the whole of the duo fiber set which you can read here if you want.

Lush Santa's lip scrub: This is perfect for me in the winter as my lips tend to get fairly dry. I love the scent of this (cola) and the taste as its sweet but not sickly! I also love that this leave a slight tint to my lips after i've used it, which is a really pretty and subtle red color. You can read the full review on this product here.

Benefit High beam: I really have been loving this for the Christmas party season, the colour is a really pretty pink pearly colour, which blends in to the skin and looks beautiful! Full review here.

Una Brennan deep clean face mask: If you know me you'll know i'm a complete sucker for face masks, especially ones that target blemishes. This is a holy grail product for me, which i completely stuck to. It really helps to draw out any dirt and imperfections! Full review here.

Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick 101: Not much to say about this lippy besides i love the formula and the colour. -Has been my 'go to' colour! Full review here.

Rimmel Stay Matte Mousse Foundation: I LOVE THIS! I'm pretty happy to say i think this might be my favorite foundation, if not one of my faves. I love that it has a really great medium/full coverage and actually keeps me looking matte throughout the day. Its so inexpensive and has lasted me ages as a little really does go a long way! I don't tend to buy many drugstore foundations as the coverage or finish is never good enough in my eyes to cover my acne and acne scarring, but this does a brilliant job and doesn't stick to any of my dry patches! Full review here.

Those are my current favorites, hope you enjoyed this post. Thankyou for reading my blog, be sure to follow on GFC and bloglovin!

  6. For your photos (I have been having the same problem recently!) try using a flash from as far away as you can, or opening the ISO up a little more to let more light in.
I have been thinking about buying high beam but I am not sure on the liquid highlight thing, how do you apply it?

    1. Ah thanks for the tip! With Highbeam it comes with a nail polish sort of applicator so I just put a few dots onto my Cheekbones and then blend it in with my fingers :)

  7. The Santa's lip scrub is my favourite from Lush, I hope they make more in that formulation. For pictures, I'd recommend PicMonkey, the exposure tool does help a lot (I use brighten).

  16. Ooh that lip scrub sounds good. I was given their bubblegum-scented one once, and loved everything about it except the smell! I may have to pop in and see what other flavours they have.

  20. I LOVE Sant'a Lips lip scrub. I use it everyday after brushing my teeth to get rid of any dry bits. It smells and tastes so good! Especially since I don't drink coke anymore. I also have the Kate Moss lipstick in 101 as well as 110 and another shade I can't remember. I really like using them, they're so smooth and easy to use. I really need to try Rimmel foundation, I'm on a quest to find a foundation that actually works for me. Great post!
